Daniela is a warm , friendly, experienced therapist and systemic practitioner that blends systemic theory , art therapy, person centred and mindfulness , offering tailored support to address your individual needs. Daniela has worked within the NHS and other settings with a wide variety of clients of different backgrounds, ages, and cultures facing different life and work related challenges such as depression, anxiety , ADHD, impostor syndrome and self esteem issues , relationship issues , trauma and much more. Daniela will offer an approachable and empathetic space that will allow you to feel safe enough to explore your difficulties and move you from feeling stuck to increased self-awareness and growth.
